I offer counselling face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
This is perhaps the most common form of counselling and psychotherapy. It would involve us meeting in-person weekly or fortnightly. Face-to-face counselling will take place at my office which is in located Manchester city centre. Face-to-face sessions last 50 minutes.
Like face-to-face counselling, telephone sessions last 50-minutes and would take place weekly or fortnightly. This form of therapy might be ideal for those who cannot be in the same place regularly or those who prefer not to travel into the city.
Online counselling takes place via email and would involve written exchanges between the two of us. It can be ideal for those who prefer to communicate through written word or those who feel more comfortable writing their feelings down.
Like face-to-face and telephone counselling, Skype counselling takes place weekly at a prearranged time and sessions last 50-minutes. This type is convenient for those who would prefer counselling from home but still want to maintain visual contact.
Pregnancy counselling & support
I offer unique counselling and support packages for new and expectant mothers. Packages include one-to-one telephone and email support throughout pregnancy and up to six months postpartum.
Personal Growth Work
I welcome clients wishing to work on factors relating to personal growth. This type of work normally involves understanding an individuals potential and helping them work towards that. It can also involve looking closely at any barriers which may be stopping a person developing in various areas of life.
I also offer discounts for block bookings and concessions for low-income/unemployed.
